When booking a service with Unibond Cleaning Services, you agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined below, which are part of our service policy. These "Terms and Conditions" form an agreement between Unibond Cleaning Services and the customer. By using our services, you accept and understand these terms and agree to be bound by them.
On the Day of Cleaning
You are not required to be present during the cleaning. However, if you are not available, please ensure our team can access the property (e.g., by leaving a key in a secure spot).
The person who booked the service must be reachable by phone. If we are unable to contact anyone, the service may not proceed.
General Information
Properties above ground floor with no lift may incur a $50+ fee.
Ensure access to running water and electricity. If unavailable, the bond back guarantee does not apply.
Property must be empty before arrival unless agreed. Staff are not responsible for moving heavy items (over 5kg).
Cleaning not guaranteed for areas blocked by furniture or appliances.
Customer must cover parking fees if applicable.
We are responsible for accidental damage by cleaners, not discoloration of ceilings/walls post-cleaning.
Report damages via email within 24 hours. We are not responsible for lost/discarded belongings unless informed beforehand.
Payments
Full payment is required before the job starts unless arranged otherwise.
Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.
A detailed invoice will be issued once the job is completed.
Quotations
Quotes without inspection are estimates based on provided info.
Quotes may change based on size, condition, or extra requests.
All price changes will be informed and must be approved before work begins.
If revised quotes are not approved, bond guarantee will not apply to those items.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel/reschedule.
$100 fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to cancel jobs that are unsafe or not as described.
$40/hour per cleaner will be charged if tenants are still moving when we arrive.
Travel costs apply for same-day cancellations.
Bond Back Guarantee
Written notice within 72 hours required for re-clean requests.
Email must include specific areas needing attention.
Our team will re-attend within 48 hours to resolve valid issues.
Refunds are not provided unless re-clean opportunity is given.
Guarantee covers only items listed in the complaint.
Guarantee is valid only if:
No renovation or maintenance occurred during/after the clean.
Minimal foot traffic post-clean (no parties/open homes).
No mess was reintroduced (e.g., pets).
Only two re-clean requests are made.
Property was secured post-clean.
Property is safe and pest-free.
We are not responsible for bond withheld by agents/landlords.
No Guarantee For
Blinds, ceilings, heavy hard water stains, mould/grout discoloration.
Natural wear and tear or damage.
Extra charges apply for cleaning these items.
Additional Limitations
Hard water stains, calcium or mould in seals.
Permanent marks/stains, discoloration of surfaces.
Severely marked walls (detailed wall wash extra).
External windows or areas affected by weather.
At Unibond Cleaning Services, we strive for professional results and customer satisfaction. However, please note that not all stains or damages can be reversed. Our goal is to improve the property's appearance—not necessarily restore it to a brand-new condition.
